Fully briefed!

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Acumen director Kevin Dorrian, and associate Devin Scobie, recently ran a media training day for Liverpool Community College. This is the largest further education college in Merseyside and it is claimed that over 50% of young people aged 18-24 in the Liverpool area attend here at some point.

The College is embarking on a further expansion within the city – a new multi-million pound building is currently under construction – and principal Maureen Mellor was keen to have her senior managerial staff fully briefed on dealing with the media in order to help them further strengthen links with their regional and national newspapers.

After the media training session the staff are well placed to handle face-to-face and telephone interviews or to deal with to the intricacies of managing various potential ‘crisis’ scenarios, should any of these situations ever arise![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
